This is very interesting question.

For daily activities in SFI, i.e. for TO-DO list, you don't need more than 10-15 minutes.
Another 10-20 minutes will be quite enough for your monthly and weekly actions.

But, I would recommend to you to invest several more hours for:
-daily advertising;
-making a blog;
-work with your team;
-reading ASK SC answers;
-participating at Forum;
-participating at Auctions and Games; and
-invest some time to your TC "store", i.e. to your product for selling.
