I am amazed I think this is an awesome thing to do. You definitely a go getter it is so encourageing.
I would ask all who is coming to make a list of any areas they may need help in. When you all together you can advise and help each other out this is what team building is about. Maybe do a power point this may help also invite a couple potential members. Try not stay on this subject all the time. You want to get to know your team out of work hours too.
