Well I guess we can all provide positive but constructive criticisms in my emails to our downline and I would do the following:
Send them e- cards congratulating and encouraging them and offer some tips and constructive feedback and treat everyone of them sincerely and as equal partners and never talk down or sound too arrogant or boastful .
It is best to be humble and keep it all simple short and. Sweet and slow.and must come from the heart and don't be too quick to click the send email but ponder thru before sending out
