My suggestion for you are the following:
1.Send an invitation to all your a2a friends,stating the activity,the date,the venue,and their role in the activity.You can also include in your invitation that they must bring with them at least 2-5guest.
2.Plan your activity/program.This must include the opening prayer,nationalistic song ,welcome message from the organizer of the get-together,warm up games,message from the President or the highest power rank.
3.Sharing of Success Stories in SFI or other related experiences that can motivate guest to join us in SFI.
4.Include the Attendance Drawing,everyone present in the gatherings will have a chance of winning the raffle prize.
5.Signing up Activity.Those guest who were impressed by the success stories will voluntarily sign up,Im sure.
6.Planning for the next activity .
