It is good business strategy to form the habit of sponsoring affiliates and referring TC members on daily basis, so you may need to spend like 1 hour prospecting by placing ads or using other conventional methods.
On a general note about 2 hours a day is enough, but it may not make sense to stick to a time routine because the nature of this business is very dynamic and you can never know what awaits you once you login. Also, if you take this as a full time work as some do, it will be inconceivable to work for just 2 hours when in essence, you should be looking at about 6 hours.
