One of our jobs as upline members is to provide our downline with motivation, inspiration, and help to create and maintain momentum.
Don't criticise. Instead show them the wrong/bad thing that they are doing. Then show them the negative impact/results of what they are doing. Show them how it will negatively affect their business.
Remember that when talking to them, it is always about their benefit not yours. Always put them first. You are here to help them achieve what they came here for.
Then afterwards, praise them and/or reward them for.
