Thanks for this question because I am also planning to have this kind of get together. In the planning stage I ask the this very important question. What will benefit all of us who will attend?
Here's what I came up that I would like to share with you.
1. This event should be a time for all of us to recruit new affiliates.
a. So we will invite our prospective affiliates.
b. We will have SFI presentation.
c. And each member will assist the persons they invite to sign up.
2. Each one of us will bring with us our questions to ask during the event. Since I am the most advance in our place I told them that I will try to answers their questions. Other members can also give their ideas.
3. We plan to talk about being an ECA and sell things that we are using daily and buy them from each other.
The rest of the time would be for socialization. A time to build friendships and talk about possible projects.
We plan to hold it in restaurant and each one buy his own food.
