I think some time criticism bad for people who is just join with you. May be its give the negative massage to new comer. Positive move is you motivate your down-line share your knowledge and good experience about SFI or life. It's give the spirit to new comer and they take active part. It is true who can not separate criticism which is positive and which one one is negative. It is totally depend on reader they take positive or negative. That's it.
