Having the opportunity to organize a get-together with a2a affiliates is one of the most important activities in furthering the growth of your SFI business. If the meeting is for the first time, I strongly suggest that you create a warm and comfortable atmosphere for all your a2a friends, so that they will feel welcomed and at ease. A friendly atmosphere is conducive to sharing and learning for everyone. How to make use of the meeting effectively, so that everyone will have something valuable to take with them?
Here’s what I recommend:
- Think of what overall outcome you want from the meeting and what activities need to occur to reach that outcome. Wouldn’t it be beneficial to your a2a friends, if they’ll gained valuable knowledge for advancing the growth of their SFI business, as an overall outcome of the meeting?
- You can suggest to your participants to form local SFI support groups and schedule regular monthly get-togethers, where everyone can share his/her own tips and ideas.
- Pick a topic to discuss one of SFI’s tools and resources and how to apply extensively and benefit from it
- You can ask from your a2a participants about sharing their proven and successful marketing strategies. This will ignite interest to everyone and keep the momentum going.
- You can or one of your a2a friends could focus in discussing all the mechanics involved in sponsoring new affiliates such as, getting traffic to your website/blog, generating and converting leads and so on.
You can add to the suggestion list above by finding out what are your challenges in venturing your SFI business and share them to your a2a friends. They might be able to offer you their tips and advice.
