I would suggest name tags for the first meeting, after that everybody will be familiar enough with the others that they won't mind asking someone's name that they may have forgotten in the meantime.
A light meal of some kind, whether finger food or something more. No business yet.
After eating, everyone will be more relaxed, then would be the time to bring up a few questions, wonders, situations, whatever, that have come up in your time with SFI. Ask how they would deal with these. Ask if anyone else has run into out of the ordinary things that they would like some advice on.
If you are the one who initiated the get-together, be the good host/hostess and start the conversation with the group, and follow wherever it goes! Brainstorming is an excellent way to get new ideas on old subjects as well as new!!
