Very honestly, I would say 2-3 hours every day. In order to read all the Forum posts, reply to some, just "like" others, takes time. To rate 30 askSC answers takes a little time. Answering new questions now and then can take a fair amount of time.
Clearing red tabs is not too much time, maybe 15-20 minutes if you do not dawdle, but do read everything (tips, stream, etc.).
Then there is supporting your downlines, which will take varying amounts of time routinely.
And then, there is reading the trainings available to us all. Readers are leaders, as they say, and it is hard to answer newbie questions if you haven't learned that subject yet yourself:)
And let's not forget our great Eager Zebra games!!:))
Have I given you good ideas? It is not a speed contest; be patient and build yourself a good, strong foundation. After that, you can relax a little:))
