I would strongly suggest you offer no comments that could be construed as "criticism"!!
Rather, use e-cards, send them tips about how they might do so-and-so differently to get a better result, or suggest they go ahead and get the extra Daily Grand entry by rating the additional 20 answers every day.
Try never to send a negative comment to your downline, as negativity breeds negativity, and that is the last thought you should put in anyone's mind. Always phrase your comments in a positive way, which may not always be easy, but will always work out more successfully.
