As the a2a members agreed to attend the get-together, they will all come prepared to discuss and praise SFI.
As the Convener of the meeting, you shall have the first say. In your opening lines, you must point out that the get-together is not for saying good things about SFI, but it is to discuss how you can all co-operate with each other to help and train your downline.
With the expressed permission of all attending members, personal telephone numbers should be collected, copies of which should be made and distributed to all attending members. The members can then send the list to their respective downline, informing that the following listed members are available to them over phone for any emergency help or clarification regarding SFI business.
When you change the direction of the discussion in the beginning, more important points for discussion will automatically come up from other members.
Before closing the get-together, finalise the date of the next meeting.
