This is an interesting question and a very good thing.
Some things you may do, just a suggestion:-
* First is work out how much it will cost you.
* Arrange for put ins by the participants $20 or more per head depends on how big the event, Refreshment/tea party, lunch or dinner.
* Or ask them to bring a plate and wine if they prefer to drink. It is good to have a party without alcohol, only my opinion maybe some people will enjoy some tipsy moments ( not a drunk session of course - rules in any occasion is essential)
* Decide the venue - if at home is the Lounge big enough to cater for the number attending or set it in the garden if weather fine - this will be open air maybe with tents set up. Or will it be at the hired restaurant, hotel well how big or small the event should determine the venue.
* Dress code essential.(formal or casual)
* Special seating for invited guests (President, up line)
Next what activities you need to put up to make it really a great event, my suggestions only:
* Welcome arrange an MC (Master of Ceremonies)
* Introduction of each of them - giving each time to stand and introduce themselves etc
This may take 10 - 20 minutes ( depends on the number of participants).
Getting involved Activities - you need to set up some activities such as:
* Question and answers about the SFI/TripleClicks. Some general questions:
eg Which year the SFI was Launched, Who is the founder and President, Explain what they know of TripleClick and SFI in one sentence etc etc...
* Explain how and why they became an Affiliate with SFI.
* Share their testimonies of their SFI Business.
This may take 20-30 minutes or more
* Arrange to play Eager Zebra Games together have fun. How long depends...
It is a fun time no right or wrong answers, a lot of laughter and fun associated.
* Dress up nice.
* Probably a little music and ball room features.
Time to relax and party.
Should take 2 - 3 hours for the whole thing.
Be creative!
Oh and you may even invite the President and your upline leaders to come if they are close by and can make it to the function. Also it all depends on how big an event you want to hold and cost you are willing to pay for. And first and the foremost get writing to your a2a friends for them to agree on the event and contribution if any.
