S-Builder is way much slower and add to that the fact that you don't have a fixed number as to how many PSAs you will get. It all depends on how many affiliates are sharing in the coop. Sometimes you can get more than 5 sometimes less or more for one unit of an S-Builder, though you won't be getting these sign ups as fast as you would on the PSAs 2 GO.
For the price, PSA 2 GO will look more enticing because it delivers you the PSAs quick and in the same number as described in whichever pack you bought. S Builder on the other hand, you don't have a specific amount of sign ups, you have to wait for more than a month for them to come.
Either way, you won't have any guarantee that the sign ups will be active. SO to cope with that, get both and more of both. It's a numbers game, the more ways you try to get your PSAs, the better your chance of getting active affiliates.
