If you owned a physical store, would you purchase from a competitor any item you stored yourself? I tjhink not. It is all about loyalty, if you cannot even be bothered shopping at tripleclicks then you would have to question your own loyalty and whether your heart is in the business generally. A retailer would not just turn up at his store when he felt like it. He will soon be out of business.
