One thing I have found is that the people in your downline who "get the SFI concept" (they understand), and who consistently work their business will not need much encouragement. I will let the people in my Genealogy know about products I use and suggest some they can use to maintain their EA rank.
In any online business there is no money to be made until somebody buys something or sells something. This is true in SFI. It's not like SFI and Gery Carson have a huge store of cash they can pay out to people who don't buy or sell anything.
Remind your people that this is a real business and that business transactions need to take place in
TripleClicks before anyone makes money. Hopefully people in your downline and in mine will understand how this works. It's a great business and the door of opportunity is open for every member.
