From my experience I would definitely go for a PSA to go. I had much more positive outcome from that package than I did with the S-builder. But I guess it also depends on the time and circumstances when you set it.
In both cases you have to put someeffort into keeping the newly joined members. None of the packages gurantees you that they are going to stay in SFI and turn into good leaders.
One thing I also prefer with the PSA to go package is that you get new members delivered fast and it also gives you more motivation to be a good team leader. When you send more welcome letters to new members, you can also get more ideas in improving the welcome letter and give more quality advice.
But I guess, the best thing is to first try both S-builder and PSA to go and then see from your experience what suits you best.
