1. explain them the important and benefits of sales points.
2. explain them the benefit of being a team leader, and through purchasing a product in tripleclicks they will become a teamleader.
3. encourage them by giving a gift if they maintain there ea status monthly, for new affiliates for being ea2 in there second month... i was giving free 10tcredit a month to my affiliates who become a team leader monthly...
4. explain them how points budgeting works,instead of asking them to purchase a high price product make them know how 20$ can maintain there ea status monthly...
5. you cant encourage anyone if you dont show them that you already did it...
