Your Genealogy shows your PSAs and CSAs and its a powerful tool for monitoring whether they are active or not - that's the main trick! So, go and check it as often as you enter your SFI profile (at least).
See how much points they gather, if they have new PSAs. If they are online you can send them some piece of advice or just say hi, so they know they are not alone in the business.
Also, at the end of the month you can see if someone needs your help for the status.
You will also see whether you have CSAs that work, so you should support them too.
Finally, you will know better the people in your team and if they are serious about this business.
