First, I would make sure that you are ready to accept being a sponsor to your PSA's either from S-Builder or PSAs To Go. Make sure you are fundamentally sound in SFI concepts.
I am currently doing both S-Builder and PSAs to Go. PSA's to Go is quicker, usually within a couple of days. I have gotten some of my PSAs within few days, but not longer than 4 days days to get all of them. PSAs to go is good if you wish to get a faster start.
S-Builder is also good. But is cheaper in cost and longer to receive your first PSA, usually about 3 weeks.
I would suggest maybe you try a mixture of both and see what works best for you. This of course based on your monetary availability.
