The first step is to get them to Tripleclicks. X-Cards and Gift Cards are the two best tools I have found.
Also using social media as a way of telling the world about your own successes and the pleasure you have found in these very inexpensive (and often free) games.
And, of course, word of mouth as you are handing them that X-Card doesn't hurt. Sometimes telling people what is in store for them can break the ice just enough that their curiosity takes over and they will get on the band wagon. Also a $10 or $20 gift certificate can be a super incentive/bribe, ;=), to get others to hand out some X-Cards for you.
Of course any "investment" you might make will come back to you many fold. Just keep track so you know which "investments" are the best ones.
