I am not sure there are any tricks involved but I can tell you that you can definitely use your Genealogy in many different ways to get information you can use to guide and motivate your team.
Play around with the filters, check out the information under the different tabs. You can send team mail to just a selected group or to your entire team - it will depend on what you want to discuss in the team mail.
Example - I used it to re-assign affiliates to another team member by looking at the language they speak. I kept on sending mails and never getting a response. This made me wonder if they understand any of it and maybe if they have a sponsor that can communicate with them in their own language it would make a difference - and if it does, I am still winning, if it doesn't it won't make a difference.
