PRM's, (TripleClicks members) are controlled by TC. We are only able to send them gift certificates. We have no availability to get their Email addresses or contact them in any way. You get sales from PRM's, because TC runs a very assertive advertising campaign to try and get both purchases and conversions from them to PSA. If they convert they become your PSA. You would be wasting a great deal of time and money trying to build your PRM group. This group builds itself from S-builder units and other advertising. You can advertise for PRM members and since they become active buyers with about the same percentage that PSA's become active, you will get some money from them, but your can do nothing to assist them in purchasing except send Gift certificates which return your purchase prices if the PRM doesn't use them in the specified time.
