They are:
1. Filters- They enable you to search directly at the type of information you want to process. For example you can use the Red Flagged filter if you want to communicate those that are about to be removed from the system as a result of inaction or the Last Login to access those that are no more regulars at the affiliate centre. The trick here is to encourage those that are about to be removed to not miss the opportunity this organisation provides and to show concern for those that do not login regularly in order to see how you can help them.
You can also use the filter to search for those that regularly qualify as EAs in order to guide them properly to ensure they do not have any difficulties in maintaining their EA status because they are effectively your very active team members. Another one I like to mention is to search your team members genealogy (gen 2-6) to ascertain the seriousness of team building because the deeper you build the more VP match you receive which is good income for you. There are other filters just browse them and apply as appropriate.
2. Tabs- These are in blue colours with each tab representing different heading and can be very useful also in managing your genealogy, so let me briefly discuss some important ones:
S-Builder- This displays the current subscribers and the trick here is to identify team builders and work with then in this area accordingly, but it is unnecessary to put pressure on any one to subscribe.
Affiliate Manager (Aff Mgr)- The information provided here may assist in recognizing those who are serious in this business and they include; Profile score, Affiliate Profile Completion, standing Order, Confimed Registration, Whitelist and Goal Set, so when you are making determination to work with the workers, this information in conjunction with your Movers may be of assistance, but do not be carried away by this because it may not always be the case.
sales- This tab gives an impression about your team members TripleCliks activities with respect to referred members and sales, so you may be able to analyse this information to determine where you can assist those who may be willing to do more or who are not participating in this area.
Others- Mainly gift areas like Gift Certificate, issuing Tcredits and Reassignments are carried out here to encourage and motivate your team, plus the Geography tab that displays the country of origin which is very handy when you want to do reassignment based on country of origin.
3, General- There are features that enable you to view part of your active and non active team members; the Condensed and Full genealogy, so like some who complain of non active team members cluttering their genealogy can switch to the condensed mode to exclude them, but avoid the danger of forgetting them because they may become active again.
