I think SFI has the best Genealogy I have ever seen.I can send messages to everyone.I can send to my CSA's,those that have logged in the last week-months,whatever.
We can check everything across that black bar combining several items.
My favorite is checking on my movers to see where they need help.I go to their v.p. Ledger before I send them a help e-card.Then it is more personal.
I keep a page in Notebook for messages to new people,ones that will exit soon,new people messages and for new CSA.The Genealogy saves me time and helps me have a personal relationship with my group.
