Logical answer would be NO. If someone does not use internet it's useless promoting internet job to him.
But,you never know when someone can start using the internet. Or you can tell him benefits of internet marketing and convince him to use it for his own business. Even if he does not want to use internet he could told to someone else for your story and than that other person can become your referral at TripleClicks.
For that reason it's good to have your WAVE3 X-card and/or your TripleClicks Gift Cards with you so you can distribute it to anybody and anytime.
