The number one indicator that my PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business is through it's VP Ledger. From his or her VP Ledger you can check what actions he/she had done in order to earn points. Another is he/she is eager to learn and earn points. He/she communicates with you especially if he/she needs some clarifications or assistance on actions that he/she is going to do.
