First, are they staying on your Movers list? If they're logging in and earning VPs, even if it's just every couple of days, you know they're interested.
Next, are they responding to your emails? Responsive team members will be successful team members.
Third, are they earning badges? The more badges they earn, the more productive they're being.
All of these things will help them learn how to build their own team, and will show that they are serious.
Some people might say that if they have a Standing Order, they're serious. Well, I don't have a SO yet, and I don't think it's a sign of not being serious. There are a lot of other ways to see if your team members are serious, but I don't see that not having a SO is one of them.
