To know if this is happening you can check on the via the Movers tab and the Genealogy page. These will give you an idea of (a) the total number of versaPoints earned in a given month (b) when they last logged in .
An observation of their page will also give you an indication of their actions through badges earned such as:-
1. Is he or she a fast track member?
2. Does he or she has a standing order of 1500VP or more
3. The power rank for both country and class
4. Participation in example the S-Builder Co-op
5. Participation in the Eager Zebra games among others.
