The best way to get the attention of your Sponsor/Team Leader is to become active on SFI and begin to excel on your business. It's true that your sponsor should help and guide you, and answer all your questions and concerns, but this is not always the case. Your sponsor could be busy and has little time each day to devote to SFI. He/She may have so many PSAs that it is impossible to give adequate attention to all of them. But by being active and making headway on you business, you'll certainly draw his/her attention.
SFI already provides you with all you need to excel as an affiliate even without the direct help of your sponsor. For my first few weeks on SFI, I never received any support from my sponsor. But I still pressed on and with the help on all the training materials on SFI, the help/support lines, the ASK SC, SFI Forum etc, I got all the help I needed and I'm making steady progress. But recently, I got contacted by my sponsor and she transferred some Tcredit to me just to say well done for all my good work. From that moment, an active line of communication was open between us!
