Best way that I know of is click the movers tab and see who's listed under "most active affiliates" drop down menu. Then click on each name listed and click their VP Ledger, read what they have done so far and then email them to let them know if they have missed anything, let them know your here to help them, most profiles I've seen the affiliate may need a little boost in the right direction. Help your PSA's and your CSA'S, They are your business.
