The best way to use the Movers tab to maximize your business is to click on it each day and observe the movement of your movers.
If they have been inactive for a period of three days, then forward a card or a short email stating that you are wondering if they are ill and you are wishing them a speedy recover if that is the case. They will be so touched by your concern for them and respond accordingly.
Once you hear from them and understand their concern or issues. If it is due to illness wish them a speedy recovery and if it is matter of discouragement forward words of encouragement and notify them that you will be with them step by step along the way and to always keep in touch with you regarding any concerns.
It is vital that we develop the trust of our movers and to let them know that we are a person that cares.
