When you find that doing best communication and training your ESAs and CSAs are not responding and working in manners as you expect or required performance for the success of their business. After giving your best in training and duplication, you find them inactive then don’t waste must time and energy then you have to focus on recruiting new PSAs through your contact or from free and paid advertising; to get more PSAs and PRMs which both are essentials for smooth growth of your business. There you need marketing and advertising for genuine SIGN UP for PSAs and PRMs, you also need advertising for promotions of your product and it can be done either by SFI’s S-Builder Co-op and other service provider at Triple Clicks. I don’t think that a percentage of time is an appropriate tool to run your business. The percentage may be divided according to fill the gap in marketing, training and communication,40%-40% and 40%.
