I will only advocate and I adopt a process of planning that will allow me to balance family, work and exercising conscious control over the amount of time I spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity.
The percentage idea might not be realistic considering the fact that you might be working on Marketing, Training or Communications, etc. at a point that might encroach into a reasonable part of your time for the day. Will you then stop because of time factor, definitely not, whatever has to be done has to be done well and brought to a logical and profitable conclusion.
The bottom line is to manage the entire process of what need to be done for you to build a successful and profitable SFI business.
