The best way to get most of "movers tab" is to make strategy for those who are advancing and for those who are stagnating.You can see at glance who is serious about this job and who is not.
First,you can see information which of your downline log in recently.In other words who was active recently.Those who appear there each time you take a look are the most active members of your team.They come here every day and most probably they do their daily and other duties.
Besides their general information (name,SFI ID,country,date of joining,rang,telephone number - if they wrote it) you can check if they are advancing or not.How to do that?
Well,first look at their status in E365 competition.Are they still in?Or they are thrown out?If they're still in,are they above or below green line?It's written just below their name and country.
Secondly,look at how many VP they scored this month and how many VP they need to achieve next status (EA or more).If they are stagnating for days (even they are logging in regularly) maybe they have some problem in scoring more points?Ask them,see what bothers them.See from their VP Ledger if they forgot to score some VP somewhere.Help them to overcome what has been stopping them.
Then,you can see their "power ranking" (overall,country and class).
Also,on "movers tab" there are tools for communication with your team members.You see,for example,that someone needs to do certain actions - OK,send that person team-mail or regular mail,with instructions what to do.Or you see that someone advanced to next round of E365 contest - OK,great,congratulate him/her.Or,if he/she is online (you can see that if the cloud next to mail sign is yellow) you may want to chat.It's all there,to help you get in touch quicker.
From "movers tab" you can get greater picture who is going forward and who has stopped.So that you can make strategy for each person.For those who are advancing - think what to suggest them for further steps.And those who have problems - strategy how to help them (if possible).
