The MY MOVERS tab shows you a condensed version of your genealogy. It gives you a day to day showing of how active your CSA's and PSA's are. The best way to look at the MY MOVERS tab is to think of it as an appraisal centre.
- some employees are outperforming others
- some are lagging behind because of lack of training, information or motivation
- some just don't want to be there
You have to prepare for possible disappointment of such a nature.
THEREFORE treat the MOVERS tab as you would treat a team.
You are the coach.
- send messages to your affiliates congratulating and encouraging affiliates, and offering help and advice. Coach the weaker ones on your team and at the end of the day, you ALL will benefit once the effort has been made.
