Yes Stephen, you can do that. You can promote the ECA programs to businesses that are not online. If the business is not online, you can explain to them them the advantages of having their business online, and go an extra mile to assist the business go online,at least by first opening an e-mail address through which the business can be contacted.
You can also act as the contact man to the business, using your own domain and e-mail as if you are a sole agent to their online business. It is important to let them know this and top know that they have no obligation whatsoever until they make a sale which they need to deliver to order against secured payment by SFI.
