Simply follow their progress. If you see that they are very active don't hesitate to reasign to them some of your new PSA's. Stay in touch with them, create a group on facebook. Invite them and let them know that you will always answer all their questions asap and that it is much easier to gather everyone on 1 spot. Even if you are not online, someone else maybe knows the answer on their questions. Make them comfortable and create friendly environment. Work as a TEAM. Hel each other. It is team business and you succeed on your own without team. My Movers are crucial for success! Treat them like a gold. Teach them everything you know. Simple :) Good luck
