Keep the lines of communication open with your team before leaving for vacation and just let them know about the possible internet limitations.Send them some encouraging words, Let them know when and how long you are going to be gone and let them know that you are there for them no matter what! If it's not an urgent matter they can send you an email and let them know you will get back to them as quickly as you can as the internet allows and also inform them if it is an urgent question, that they can also reach out to SFI support. Also, Let your team know when you are back, that way they won't feel neglected as time passes on.
Also, make sure your standing order is in place while you are gone to maintain your SFI status and just do whatever else you can (To do list, and other actions) as the internet and time lets you while on vacation.
Most importantly, Enjoy your vacation because we all deserve one. That will only make you a better leader for your team. Don't worry, We are all adults with life understanding and your team will continue to be there for you while waiting on your return arrival.
