About the percentage of timing what i can say is- it's unlimited depends on you. You need to decide that which is more important so you can spend more time for that. Obviously communication with the team is more important to boost the business which gives you commission directly but without marketing you can't build your own team unless you purchase PSAs. So you need to spend your time for making advertisement, social media and other channel which sometime depends on situation you can do twice, thrice a week. but communication you need to make continue and frequently cause may be not sure that your team are all active. you need to motivate and if necessary you need to provide training via SFI chat, Team mail, personnel mail or FB account.
