One of the indicators I check is their badges - if the PSA/CSA has EA streaks badge and the Daily Versa Points as well, then this PSA/CSA is really serious about SFI.
The most valuable investment for me is TIME because we can never recover or bring back any time lost. Thus, if one CSA/PSA is really devoting SFI as a daily thing, then he or she must be serious about it for time is really invested into SFI.
If your PSA/CSA is constantly on the MY MOVERS tab, then this is really one active affiliate who has a successful SFI business.
If your PSA/CSA is regularly communicating with you about SFI and TC, then this is one eager beaver affiliate who is open to learn more and more each day.
