The best way to know if PSA's and CSA's are serious is by looking at your movers tab and your genealogy. I will explain both.
Your movers tab shows people that are logging in and earning points. These are your action movers and attempting to understand.
I am also say check genealogy. Sometimes people come in everyday and don't do anything. You need to TM them and let them know about the Home tab and doing items on the to-do-list.
In either case above, click on name of active people and see what they did on there VP scoreboard. Make sure they are taking advantage of things going on in SFI.
