Hi, I think we should allocate equal percentages of time on all of these activities. Primarily on building our active team through proper communication in all our mails etc. If you are not an ECA, you should try to promote the best seller products from the reputed ECAs through ads managed by you.
And for building an active team of affiliates, it is very important that you train them to be able to duplicate you in all of these activities of team building, communicating as well as training their downlines.
I personally devote 40 percent time on building team, 30 percent on promoting tripleclicks products and 30 percent communicating to my downline.
