1. At first, your SFI home page tab ‘Movers’ already indicate who is active or not. So keep close eye to this tab.
2. See if any of your PSA gives you star rating and comment.
3. It is more important that if your PSAs or CSAs ask for your help.
4. What level they are achieving each month.
5. What badges shows in their home page.
6. See they are active in forum or not.
7. Watch they respond you or not.
8. See their daily versapoints streak.
9. See whether they set any standing order or not.
10. See whether they are W3 member or not.
11. See whether they are pricebenders winner or not.
12. See their eager Zebra activity badges.
13. And lastly your personally sponsor and co-sponsor commission.
These are the factors through which you can understand very well who is serious and you should communicate with them for help and support accordingly.
