Greet them welcome, explain how business works.
Already in the beginning you will recognize who is interested in SFI business.
You will see their daily work, encourage them, reward them with a gift.
If we see that someone is not interested in SFI job should not tease him and be persistent until he himself realizes what a pleasure this job.
