I allocate time for SFI and Tripleclicks this way: first thing in the morning I get my to do list out of the way and make sure I vote on 30 ASK SC questions. This only takes me 10-15 minutes if I say focused and do not allow disturbances.
Later on during the day either in the morning or afternoon (I always keep my schedule flexible) I will take time to advertise: FB, twitter, pinterest. Not too many say: three groups on FB, 2-3 tweets on Twitter, 2-3 pics on pinterest. I alternate one of these a day although my preference is ... well twitter is definitely a tie with FB now:) I also take time to do TE. I have five different sites and I usually alternate three of them since I have two favorites:) This takes me longer because it's manual and I don't see purchasing traffic as valuable to me right now as purchasing PSA's. When I have 5PSA's in EA2 or BTL2 I will consider purchasing traffic. This in total is approximately an hour-2hours depending on focus and discipline.
Training and communications take me half an hour (an hour in one week), but that's because I already spent several hours on the emails I send in the first 24hrs, the emails I send to them in the first week about what I do to be successful in SFI, and than there's my weekly newsletter. I like to keep things simple so I'm not requiring them to walk into info overload, but I like to ask them to keep my emails for when they are ready to read it if they're not ready when they receive it.
I'm real big on keeping things as simple as possible and as flexible as possible because life is really good at throwing curve balls and the faster we can respond to them the greater the chance of us using it to create an awesome opportunity and the less chance we are of getting hurt:)
