To me the best way to use S-builder Co-op to build a profitable business is to have it done so your whole team benefits from sign ups.This way they will see that you want their success as well as yours.You are not only thinking of yourself.
So I believe the best way is to have a few shares where cost will also be shared by team members.This help to reduce your expense monthly but you will still gain any signups that S builder accumulated.The way the PSA are divided is not done by the team leader everything is controlled by co-op manager.
example- if you purchase 2 shares at $48.00 as SO and you have 6 active team members you will divide the cost monthly so monthly each will pay $8.00 .If for one month one team member got less for the next month this is even up so it is fair to ALL!!!Everyone in team gets equal share of sign ups.
