Sponsoring and duplication are very important aspects in building a profitable and sustainable business here at SFI because it is the foundation for generating a life long residual income.
The S-Builder Co-opting (Co-op) is where you and/or your PSAs (some or all) share signups generated, either by sharing the cost or where the sponsor elects to bear most or all of the cost. The S-Builder Co-op can be an instrument for both sponsoring and duplication; sponsoring by generating signups through it and duplication by bringing in your PSAs as participants and encouraging them to do the same with their own PSAs.
The more this duplication runs deep, the more members you have in your team and the number of generations grow in rapid succession, but this may not necessary be profitable because what really makes it profitable requires another aspect of duplication, which is your ability to make these team members active and show them the intricacies involved in working this business that are making you successful, assuming you are.
As you can see, using the S-Builder Co-op as an instrument of building a profitable SFI business is not an end to itself, but a means to achieve proper and positive duplication that will ultimately lead to a sustainable income, so in this regard the S-Builder Co-op is complementary.
