The best way to support and motivate your team would be to use incentives. Example: buy Gift Cards and distribute to the top affiliate/s.

Other things to do:
1. Send motivational messages.
2. Let them know (often) that you are there to help them.
3. Go onto their VP Ledger and see if there are tasks that they are not completing. Example: if they are not doing the "Stream" tab, explain that they can edit 3 comments per week + click on the tab at the bottom of the page.
